​Location: Singapore, East

• Leads, coaches and develops the team to achieve department goals.

• Plan and develop production plan considering all aspects of production include inventory management to
  avoid any shortages, excesses and timely delivery.

•  Plan and monitor raw material purchase, inventory management and usage control to meet business
  objectives.

• Plan and monitor WIP movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.

• Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet
  business objectives.

• Leads, coaches and develops the team to achieve department goals.

• Review change orders and execute them appropriately.

• Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.

• Negotiate job orders with customers based on equipment capacity and material availability.

• Ensure that staffs follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or aby equivalent disciplines

• 10 years of experience in similar role, preferably in semiconductor industry.

• Excellent, relationship building, organizational and communication skills.

• Experience operating in an environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in ERP system including SAP, Oracle and MS dynamics

• Knowledge of working In ERP system will be an added advantage
