Engineering & Data Analysis Engineer / Sr Engineer/ Staff Engineer

​Location: Singapore, East

  • Support initiatives for next generation engineering data analysis (EDA), including Industry 4.0/smart
    manufacturing, and AI/machine learning applications

  • Enhance and optimize engineering data analysis (EDA) systems for Manufacturing, Yield and Defect
    Management

  • Advanced process control (APC) initiatives for manufacturing support (FDC, RtR, stc.)

  • Work with Technology Development, Production Engineering, Quality and Application Engineering teams to
    analyse and provide actionable data to mitigate technology and manufacturing risks

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external parties/vendors to execute key projects

  • Cross functional collaboration with global teams in a matrix organization

  • Perform any ad-hoc job scope as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s in Engineering/Physics/Computer Science or any equivalent discipline

  • 6+ years of experience with a progressive track record in the semiconductor and wafer fabrication industry

  • Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing systems, including manufacturing execution systems (MES), and related engineering data analysis (EDA) platforms for yield learning and process controls

  • Familiarity with monitoring and control capability for manufacturing support (FDC, RtR, etc.), including data
    analysis and modelling for traceability, with automated yield learning and drill down capability

  • Experience setting up customizable dashboards and visualization tools

  • Background supporting NPI, process optimization, yield and defect metrology programs

  • Knowledge and experience with statistical methods, including Lean and Six Sigma applying SPC & DOE
