Senior Business Analyst - Product Lifecycle Management

In your new role you will:

  • Work in a dedicated IT and business project team with a mission to drive the Global Infineon PLM initiative which is a cornerstone in our digitalization transformation

  • Support Global Application Owner to gather, analyze and consolidate regional business requirements, transform the requirements into IT functional design and a Solution

  • Collaborate with offshore development / operation team to implement, enhance, maintain the Product Life Cycle applications

  • Support the development of IT PLM / ALM roadmap, adopting and using the Agile methodology (Scrum) during development and release processes

  • Facilitate coordination of deliverables and dependencies across organization

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with at least 7 years experience in IT / Semiconductor industry, especially in PLM  /ALM, R&D Product Data Management (Data Modelling)

  • Basic knowledge of software development in JAVA / .Net, scripting language (Javascript , Python or PERL) and reporting tools (Tableau, Cogno), ITIL / similar IT Operations frameworks

  • Understanding of continuous integration (Jenkins) and test automation tool like Test Complete and usage of Change management tools (JIRA)

  • Strong in project management skills, PLM implementations and integration exposure is highly desirable

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Hands-on knowledge in Oracle / MSSQL Database and Linux environment will be an added advantage
