• Lead the System Application Engineering Firmware Product and Solutions team that delivers embedded solutions using semiconductors, microcontrollers

• Oversee the embedded SAE team to successful Application FIRMWARE deliverables

• Plan, monitor and report on team's deliverables.

• Provide embedded control technical and non-technical guidance to Project Team.

• Implement firmware and deliver state-of-the-art reference solutions,with a particular focus on Power Systems for DC-DC converters

• Liaise and close collaboration with global Stakeholders and Project Team, across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or higher.

• Proficiency and deep experience in Embedded C and RTOS (optional).

• Hands-on firmware implementation and solution validation

• 8 years of embedded Engineering experience, adept to implement and debug embedded solution on microcontroller (sub) systems.

• At least 4 years of project team lead / managerial experience, with strong interest in embedded system developed on microcontrollers.

• Embedded customer support experience is advantageous.

• Technical background on embedded Motor Control and/or digital Power is greatly advantageous.

• Effective communication skills in verbal & written English.

• Can effectively multi-task, manage stakeholders and priorities and resolve both technical and non-technical problems.

• Able to travel occasionally when required.
