Senior Manager (Product Management - ADAS)

  • Collect, manage, and analyse data on market trend, competition, and technology.

  • Formulate product and customer strategies and plan for new business opportunities. Present, implement and update the business strategy plan.

  • Engage target customers and maintain customer relationships (technical aspect) in the Southeast Asia region.

  • Responsible for ADAS products (Advanced Driver Assistance System including but not limited to intelligent driving system domain controllers and sensors) customer requirements collection and quotation.

  • Drive product promotion and acquisitions activities. Lead RFQ/RFI analysis to provide customers with the best solutions in terms of technology and cost and win new business.

  • Responsible for ADAS proof of concept and new product platform management as a project manager.

  • Drive new technology development and create innovative ADAS solutions for future projects and RFQs.

  • In product development, define product specifications and follow up change requests from the customer side.

 

Requirements:​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in embedded system development, preferably in automotive electronics industry for ADAS related products.

  • Possess C/C++ programming skills. Experience in developing embedded operating system kernels and drivers. Familiar with QNX and RTOS.

  • Experience in automotive SOA architecture and familiar with mainstream in-vehicle communication middleware such as SOMEIP/DoIP/DDS.

  • Familiar with communication protocols (such as CAN, UDS, DoIP, SOMEIP, DDS, MQTT, REST, etc.).

  • Experience in software design patterns, design methodologies and UML design.

  • Possess good technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

  • Knowledge of IATF16949, ASPICE and automotive product lifecycle is desirable.

  • Experience in cost and work package effort estimation for project quotations.

  • Knowledge of Linux/QNX/Autosar and CAN bus development will be added advantage.

  • Experience in leading a software team, engaging in a multi-party joint development model, and completing the project delivery is preferred.
