Engineering Director

  • Provide leadership in Assembly Process, Material, Equipment, Product expertise to deliver cost effective, state-of-the-art solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations on a timely basis.

  • Lead product conceptualization, process development to flawless manufacturing ramp of new Products

  • Ensure tool stability, capacity, assembly Yield

  • Build, manage & maintain organization capable of supporting interfaces to Business units

  • Enhance technology roadmaps and strategies in collaboration with Business Units, counterparts to meet current and future needs of Company consistent with Industry developments.

  • Enforce governance responsibilities on equipment and material selection / qualification/ standardization

  • Provide effective technical support to manufacturing - chronic quality / supply chain / cost competitiveness.

  • Communicate with employees to understand and provide solutions as well as management of employees' retention, performance management and career advancement.

  • Manage the P&L for the Engineering Team.

  • Manage diverse issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.


  • Min 10 yrs of progressive engineering leadership in a Semiconductor company

  • Proven track record and excellent leadership, communication skills
