Be the lighthouse to the software engineering culture, setting the baselines for the ideal software engineering environment.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of software engineers in making Engineering Productivity a first priority.
Establish Processes necessary for Teams to be Agile (which is inclusive of Scrum, Kanban and XP).
Establish Processes and Tools to develop quality software that is secure by design.
Conceptualize Roadmap for Digital Infrastructure growth.
Recruit and develop software engineers, to help them advance in their careers.
Work with stakeholders to balance and accommodate competing priorities.
Developer-Turned-Manager preferably, or possess a strong understanding of Agile Engineering Principles.
Engineering Management experience of at least 5 years.
Strong Application Design, DevSecOps and Cloud experience (but prefer to lean on Leadership skills).
Understand the importance of "Engineering Productivity".
A Pragmatic and Get Things Done mindset.
The ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
