Lead a HR shared service team and drive operational performance and service excellence across the region.
Provide shared service support for the HR teams, in areas of employment, benefits, HR operations, employment status changes, new hire orientation, policy and program development, compliance, HR systems management etc.
Establish delivery model and change management plan for a global shared SS center that is scalable and enabled by technology.
Drive continuous improvement activities across the shared service team, business partners and respective teams.
Provide insight to senior management around the region and regularly review and agree SLAs with the regional business units.
Degree qualified, with at least 10 years of related experience and 2-3 years in a managerial position.
Have the gravitas to influence the business in a commercial sense.
Willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ if needed.
