Procurement Compliance
Monitor compliance of Global Procurement to established internal policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance of team members (stakeholders) to applicable stakeholder policies and procedures concerning procurement and supplier engagement.
Partner with Corporate Functions to design and implement compliance assessments across business functions and geographic areas and design effective controls based on those assessments.
Drive supplier accountability through both partnership and enforcement of corrective actions.
Establish a culture of continuous improvement in procurement global compliance processes and tools. Particular focus will be on enforcement of policies and procedures and increased employee awareness.
Third Party/Supplier Due Diligence
Support the Company’s Third-Party Due Diligence Process, including sanction screening and reputational due diligence efforts.
Act as the primary point of contact for Due Diligence process escalations. Drive accountability and resolution of issues raised through the process.
Manage Third Party vendor relationships, as necessary.
Fraud Prevention and Detection
Manage fraud detection tools and dashboards and facilitate reviews of available data.
Identify potential areas of vulnerability in procurement and related payable processes and recommend preventative actions.
Support investigations of potentially fraudulent activities and implement actions to mitigate identified risks.
Provide guidance and support for building and implementing compliance strategies, policies and processes.
Coordinate investigations with other Corporate Functions and develop corrective actions to reduce incidences.
General Compliance Tasks
Support internal and external procurement audits and reporting (sustainability, Form SD).
Conduct training for Procurement team members and key stakeholders on policies, responsibilities, and expectations.
Support global Compliance communications efforts.
Provide key stakeholders with timely updates on compliance procurement developments, and adjust internal processes as needed.
Establish and update policies and procedures concerning compliance when needed.
Requirements
Ability to clearly communicate complex topics to various levels of corporate seniority.
Collaborative and responsive, with strong business and procurement acumen.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commitment to integrity.
Ability to simultaneously identify, prioritize and address multiple issues and quickly respond to shifts in priorities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Business, Engineering, or related field.
10 years of compliance experience.
Ability to travel internationally.
Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source to pay processes, Exiger,).
Master’s Degree in a related field.
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US location.
