Job description

  • Develop and maintain an inventory of existing and new compliance obligations for the Group.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure overall compliance to all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations.

  • Conduct ongoing compliance review and assessments.

  • Review operation manual and policies to ensure regulatory obligations are operationalized.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to draw up compliance audit plan.

  • Perform sample process review, and carry out root cause analysis and trending.

  • Track and follow up to ensure internal stakeholders implement committed mitigation plan timely.

  • Assist in the preparation of updates/reports to Management on instances of non-compliance.

  • Provide inputs for annual compliance program/plan.

  • Assist in the preparation of compliance awareness and training materials.


  • Degree in Engineering and/or Accountancy with 6-10 years of experience preferably in audit or compliance

  • Highly analytical with attention to details.

  • A good team player, hands-on and able to work independently.

  • A strong communicator with people engagement skills.

  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
