Job description
Develop and maintain an inventory of existing and new compliance obligations for the Group.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure overall compliance to all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations.
Conduct ongoing compliance review and assessments.
Review operation manual and policies to ensure regulatory obligations are operationalized.
Work with internal stakeholders to draw up compliance audit plan.
Perform sample process review, and carry out root cause analysis and trending.
Track and follow up to ensure internal stakeholders implement committed mitigation plan timely.
Assist in the preparation of updates/reports to Management on instances of non-compliance.
Provide inputs for annual compliance program/plan.
Assist in the preparation of compliance awareness and training materials.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering and/or Accountancy with 6-10 years of experience preferably in audit or compliance
Highly analytical with attention to details.
A good team player, hands-on and able to work independently.
A strong communicator with people engagement skills.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
