Manager / Senior Manager Operations Planning and Controlling

In your new role you will:

  • Lead a planning team and be responsible for mid to long-term planning horizon of production capacity and Capital Expenditure in 11 global sites 

  • Ensure on-time availability of production capacity to meet customers' demand using good planning systematic

  • Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve demand forecast and supply risk issues

  • Drive production capacity optimization across global sites

  • Challenge and justify all equipment investment request to achieve Capital Expenditure optimization

  • Lead projects across global sites to optimize and harmonize planning processes and tools

  • Establish clear global guidelines and good governance processes to ensure compliance

  • Generate management reports and drive for performance gap closure


You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry

  • Demonstrate strong leadership experiences and excellent project management background

  • An individual who is self-driven possesses strong business acumen and  proactive with high adaptability to changing environment

  • Possess strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently and yet a strong team player who enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse cultures
