• Yield enhancement and process improvement

• Data analysis and modelling, utilizing EDA systems for process capability, yield and defect management

• Work with Technology Development, Production Engineering, Quality and Application Engineering teams in monitoring routes /products/ processes to mitigate technology and manufacturing risks

• Assist with NPI and capacity planning

• Monitor and track Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) for critical and constraint production tools

• Work with internal stakeholders and external parties/vendors supporting projects for yield and process capability improvement

• Cross functional collaboration with global teams in a matrix organization

• Perform any ad-hoc job scope as assigned by superior​

Requirements:​

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s in Engineering/Physics/Materials Science or any equivalent discipline

• 7 years of experience with a progressive track record in the semiconductor and wafer fabrication industry

• Background in process optimization, yield and defect metrology programs and new product introduction (NPI)

• Expertise in the semiconductor manufacturing systems, including EDA, yield learning and process controls

• Knowledge and experience with statistical methods, including Lean and Six Sigma applying SPC & DOE
