Process Engineer

  • Responsible for product overall performance including yield and quality

  • Investigate the process and defects related issues and identifying the opportunities for improvement on the quality of mask blank in deposition process

  • Upkeep the product documentation including technical specification, control plan and defect improvement plan

  • Perform process and defect troubleshooting

  • Manage the cost and time constraints of projects

  • Work closely with QA/QC Engineer to monitor and improve process capability

  • Ensure the process work is at the optimal level and quality in order to meet the internal specification

  • Review existing data and control in order to ensure it will meet the requirements

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Physics / Materials Science and Engineering or any equivalent disciplines

  • Candidates with knowledge on thin film deposition process are preferred

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
