Snr Manager, Component Inline Production Control

As a Snr Manager, MMP Component Inline Production Control, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Dispatch and Scheduling system in production floor across Assembly and Test areas. You will also be responsible to provide manufacturing support for any new systems implementation.

Dispatch and Scheduling Support
-
Support implementation of Dispatch and Scheduling and other improvements to the system.

Work with Site OI team to run simulations studies and propose changes to the logic to improve production
-
Support/Train Toolview system in production floor
-
Use data from Dispatch and Scheduling to create reports for manufacturing line use.

Use data from Dispatch and Scheduling to trouble shoot issues in the production floor.

Manage Team Members: Staffing reports, TRAIN training profile reports, Performance feedback, Evaluations and goals, Handling conflict

Identify and selecting individuals through the interview process for area supervisor positions

Ensure training and cross-training goals are met on shift
-
Approve TOP/timesheets, PCRs

Mentor participants in production development programs
-
Resolve conflicts between individuals when needed
-
Provide feedback to direct reports and Manager on personnel issues
-
Establish and communicate performance expectations for direct reports
-
Monitor performance of direct reports and provides ongoing performance feedback, mentoring, and career guidance
-
Document performance (accomplishments, issues, and opportunities for improvement)

Write and delivering formal performance evaluations
-
Provide data for variable pay programs (SuccessFactors)
-
Partner with appropriate stakeholder to manage team member on leaves of absence/temporary job assignments

Execute Continuous Improvements to Reduce Cost and Simplify Work Procedures

Participate in manufacturing projects or champion projects to improve bottleneck areas, constraints on existing and new processes.

Participate in projects and assignments with direction coming from management.

Track performance indices such as cycle time.
