Senior Procurement Manager

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Key member in Package development projects. Cost Per Piece (CPP) accountability &  Project support and scheduling (Suppliers) – On Time & On Target

  • Transfer of supplier know-how into R&D, Synergize IFX R&D Roadmaps with supplier Roadmaps – Early Supplier Involvement

  • Supplier market & demand analysis (Technical n) and identification/ analysis of potential suppliers

  • Together with Category Managers, responsible for Project Initial Inquiries and Budgetary Quotes

  • Responsible for Cross-site Concept Savings projects execution and follow-through

  • Analysis of Equipment and Material cost structure (should cost, best can do, value analysis, Linear Performance Pricing) / database for cost breakdown

  • Drive standardization in R&D and consideration of Material-Toolkit

  • Development of supplier technology, process, and material landscape

  • Project Lead for Design for Sourcing (DfS) activities for the assigned Category

​Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree  in Engineering (Mechatroncs or Equivalent) from a recognized university

  • Minimum of  5 years of experience in Technical/functional experience with Procurement & Project Management in the Semiconductor Industry

  • Good communication skills with fluent English. Mandarin is desirable to work with suppliers in China

  • Communicate and Collaborate with stakeholders effectively
