Senior/Staff Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling

In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for the continuous improvement of production planning processes and tools covering 11 global sites.

  • Lead global projects to harmonize, improve efficiency and robustness of planning processes and tools.

  • Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.

  • Apply advanced data analytics to understand planning data and derive action plan for improvement.

  • Generate management reports and work with stakeholders to close performance gap.

  • Automate reporting, ensure standardization of data sources and definitions.

  • Document business processes, policies and ensure regular update.


You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline

  • Min 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning or Supply Chain related roles in a manufacturing environment.

  • Possess strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.

  • Knowledge and experience in data analytics.

  • Experience as project manager leading cross functional projects will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently yet a strong team player in a global setup.
