Senior Staff/ Staff Specialist, Investment and Headcount Planning

In your new role you will:

  • Be Responsible for Headcount and Invest Planning.

  • Work closely with Segment Operation team to optimize direct headcount planning base on forecasted demand and machine requirement. Simulation of headcount demand trend and impact analysis base on latest input premises.

  • Quarterly alignment with various stakeholders for indirect headcount requirement and invests forecast, as align with BE strategy.

  • Generate planning/controlling reports and take appropriate actions to meet KPIs

  • Manage and maintain Segment investment budget and constantly review capital expenditure based on business needs

  • Close collaboration with various invest owners to ensure timely Goods Receipt and Capex forecast accuracy

  • Support segment strategic framework and action on Target Cost Roadmap planning

  • Participate and drive for potential planning process improvements or optimization.

 

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Degree in Engineering / Business Management with min 8 years of working experience in Backend Semiconductor Assembly / Test manufacturing environment / in a manufacturing planning position

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player

  • Be proactive and able to work independently

  • Able to remain focus and manage the stress under dynamic and fast changing working environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint), simple VBA, tableau reporting and visualization. Knowledge on SAP will be an advantage.
