  • Implement end-to-end hiring process to ensure positive candidates and line managers experience, including sourcing for potential candidates through various platforms, planning interviews and assessing candidates 

  • Develop a pool of talent pipeline candidates in advance of needs for critical business areas

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

  • Provide value adding inputs into the overall hiring strategy for the organisation 


  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent 

  • Minimally 7 years’ experience in the HR field with proven work experience in a Talent acquisition role 

  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source for candidates

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
