Technical Manager

Objectives

  • Convince clients that our solutions is technically the best to meet their needs.

  • Understand customer needs and translate to solution requirements.

  • Train colleagues and clients on payment and software security technologies.

  • Support clients during the integration and the deployment of our solution.

  • Provide post-deployment technical support.

  • Build a technical consultancy team.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about company products.

  • Gather the business and technical requirements of customers and transcribe into project and solution requirements.

  • Create and deliver training program on payment technology, software security, and PCI.

  • Create and deliver training for our client’s SoftPOS solution.

  • Support commercial technical pre-sales activities.

  • Support clients during integration and deployment.

  • First line technical support for the SoftPOS solution.

  • Debugging, internal testing.

  • Be able to write policies, procedures and processes.

  • Support for certification activities.

  • Be the interface between customers and the development team.

  • Collaborate with all relevant people and balance of resources to ensure the success of the integration, deployment, and maintenance of the product.

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.

  • Previous experience delivering client projects.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Coding experience (i.e. Android, iOS, C, etc).

  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure.

  • Writing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

  • Trainer skillset.

  • Experience in pre-sales and client facing technical consultancy.

  • Experience from mobile application or security software company.

  • Technical knowledge in payment security industry.
