Test Quality Staff Engineer, Senior Staff Engineer

In a wafer fab environment, the successful applicant will review and approval the test program setup with all the test parameters, spec limits, control limits, PAT limits, SYL limits, etc  When there is any request to change the test program, he needs to judge whether it is technically reasonable (device tuning, limit trimming) and verify the new limits setting are correctly calculated.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review test requirements for c-sample, Unlimited Production and qualification sample (DVT/EVT)

  • Quality gate for MRB release of lots violating SYL/SBL

  • DOE testing and electrical drift analysis support for Process Quality

  • Drives quality control related projects regarding new processes, new products and continuous improvements.

  • Able to lead Task Force, solving RMAs/customer issues – initiates and drives implementation of containment /corrective action

  • Conducting Internal and External Audits

  • Acts as quality deputy in production projects e.g. ramping up line

  • Drives the implementation of corrective actions in case of external or internal complaints

  • Generation and analysis of quality data

  • Development and implementation of quality control strategies

  • Creates and updates quality specifications

  • Supports customer and system audits

 

Requirements

  • Technical Engineering Degree (Master or eq. in Materials Sciences, Electronics, Chemistry, Physics)

  • Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing specifically in the field of Quality, Reliability and Failure Analysis

  • Experiences in testing and programming

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills, high self-organizing skills

  • Good English (spoken and written), good customer interface skills

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, stays cool and works efficiently under pressure

  • Willing work in international teams
