Unit Process Development (Senior) Staff Engineer – Nanoimprint Lithography

  • Unit Process development for new device  

  • Nanoimprint Lithography Process development - Part of the unit process development team to develop new nanoimprint lithography techniques for new Optics products

  • Unit process development for new product through the use of advanced metrology, FA tools including new metrology recipe set up 

  • Nanoimprint Lithography process and metrology tool sourcing, evaluation and qualification  

  • Plan and conduct experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle. 

  • Documentation of process development work; present analysis and details in working meeting     

  • Work with project team, including but not limited to device engineering during product development phase to troubleshoot issues related to defect, testing yield, performance and quality.  

  • Handshake with sustaining engineering for mass production  

  • Supporting Operations and Quality teams in solving complex engineering problem 

  • Explore new process techniques for advanced technologies


  • A technical background educated to university degree level

  • Hands on process development experience in Nanoimprint Lithography 

  • Hands on experience with metrology is preferred 

  • High volume manufacturing, and production ramp experience in semiconductor industry; experience in III-V semiconductor fab is added advantage  

  • Understand the fundamentals for Nanoimprint Lithography process 

  • Proficient in SPC, DOE, GR&R, Cpk and correlation analysis; 

  • Excellent statistical data analysis skills with JMP, Minitab etc  

  • Excellent documentation, presentation skills  

  • Basic knowledge on semiconductor process equipment is preferred 

  • Basic understanding on the entire flow of device fabrication

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously  

  • Excellent teamwork capabilities 

  • Hands on and like to work on details flexible and adaptable 

  • Innovative and out of box thinking
