
Job description
Build and mentor EHS talent; recruit site experts and develop succession plans.
Establish performance metrics, conduct regular staff assessments, and coach teams for timely, high-quality results.
Communicate EHS strategy and updates to directors, operations managers, and site professionals.
Implement and standardize global EHS programs, policies, and procedures across factories.
Measure and report on EHS initiatives; identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Conduct EHS audits and coach site teams to close compliance gaps.
Provide technical guidance for M&A activities and projects requiring external EHS expertise.
Drive corrective actions cost-effectively, track impacts, and forecast EHS-related expenses.
Influence senior leadership to advance EHS policies with limited direct authority, and build consensus across functions.
Serve as primary EHS expert, building trust and engaging employees at all levels.
Monitor industry EHS trends, update standards, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
7–10 years of EHS experience, preferably in global electronics manufacturing; 5 years in supervisory or management role.
Expert in EHS risk assessment, ISO 14001, and technical EHS practices.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and shape EHS culture.
Strong emotional, political, and business acumen.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Industry consortium and government engagement experience a plus.
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
