Job description
Lead a team of managers and section managers.
Own the DDEQA & Reliability goals and drive for continuous improvements.
Define and execute Process Reliability Monitor (PRM) programs, and drive CA/PA on reliability failures from PRMS, new process and product qualification.
Design reliability test structures and methodologies, characterize reliability performance, and determine reliability design rules / guidelines and lifetime models for new processes.
Strive for reliability lab operational excellence.
Ensure, establish and maintain Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance and management system.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master/PhD in Engineering, Science or related disciple.
10 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years of managerial level.
Hands-on in QS9000/ISO9000/ TS16949 quality systems, SPC & TQM concepts.
Knowledge in wafer fabrication/process integration.
