Contribute to workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures. Help to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
Lead and manage the production planning team in production planning and loading of orders to production. Liaise with BU/customers for new/forecasted orders and delivery requirements.
Maintain proper inventory control for products at Work In Progress (WIP), work order closing and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI).
Work closely with Production Heads to ensure timely delivery of order requirements to customers.
Advise Production Planner to change the schedules upon confirmation of orders from customers.
Creating of work order and based on Sales orders. Issue work orders to store for kits issuing. Following up the work order closing to meet the On Time Delivery (OTD).
Down load the demand loading from SAP and review the material shortages.
Review master schedule for the entire plant capacity.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering with minimum 8 years' experience in electronics manufacturing/equivalent.
Knowledge of PC applications, Excel, MRP and SAP would be advantageous.
Analytical and assertive negotiators for materials with the ability to cope with rapidly changing needs of materials.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess strong interpersonal communication, team player with positive working attitude.
