Role Type: Individual Contributor, Technical Ladder

Location: Flexible, Singapore/Negotiable


Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for Analog and Power technologies to drive innovation and growth in the Power product line.


  • Define key performance metrics and architectures for analog and high-voltage power devices.

  • Research and identify advancements in Analog and Power technologies.

  • Engage with customers to understand and meet their technology needs.

  • Collaborate with teams to translate market requirements into device specifications.

  • Guide the development of advanced Analog and Power solutions.

  • Set requirements for modeling, PDK, design rules, and reliability.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Support the fabrication team in resolving technical issues.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.


  • Over 15 years of experience in analog and power device design and characterization, including LDMOS, EDMOS, and HV bipolars.

  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of device physics fundamentals.

  • Expertise in designing analog and power circuitry or product applications.

  • Experience in process development for High Voltage CMOS, BCD, and analog devices.

  • Solid knowledge of IC fabrication processes.

  • Proven experience working with wafer fabs.
