Job description
Lead a group of AOI engineers to develop AOI recipe/algorithm for new products (manager/senior manager).
Fine tune & sustain AOI operation in mass production.
1st pass yield improvement & offline review reduction.
Source, Benchmark, Development and Qualify & Buyoff new AOI tools.
Lead Continuous Yield Improvement & Defect Reduction Projects.
Yield & Defect Pareto Reporting & Monitoring.
Train and Mentor Engineers on AOI recipe setting, algorithm development.
Liaise with Process/Product Engineer in Different Modules to Troubleshoot for Inline Defects and Defect Reduction Activities.
Work Closely with Product Team/SQE/CQE to Resolve Supplier/Customer complaints and provide customers with required information.
Requirements
Min. Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Equivalent.
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Automated Inspection/Yield Enhancement/Manufacturing Environment with a Process Engineering Background.
Experience with standard AOI equipment (Camtek, Rudolf) is added advantage.
Experience in developing customized AOI system is added advantage.
Strong Interest in the Development of New Manufacturing Processes.
Required Work in Cleanroom Environment.
Familiar with Control Plan, Work Instructions, DOE, MSA, SPC & FMEA.
Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
Good Analytical and Presentation Skills.
EHS knowledge and experience is preferred.
