Job description

Our Client is seeking to hire a highly self-motivated and driven individual with min. 10 years’ experience in Assembly/ Test Operations, Engineering and familiar with OSAT landscape. He/she will lead a Assembly/ Test Operations team consist of engineers with strong engineering background.  Working with the Business Unit (BU)/Business Line (BL) and OSAT, they are responsible for supporting AT program & platform development, program transfer & prove-in, production ramp-up, test data management, test time optimization, test yield improvement and test cost management.

He/She will proactively explore value engineering opportunities to improve test cost base. In the case of turn-key operations, they will work closely with the factory “GMs” to achieve challenging goals. Based on the philosophy of virtual factory, the team members will be co-located near OSAT sites, working side-by-side with OSAT teams on a daily bases to achieve world-class test operation excellence.


  • Solid experience in Assembly/Test Operations (New product introduction - NPI, Volume Ramp up – VRU and test yield improvement).

  • Experience in Assembly/Test development and support platform migration for cost/flexibility optimisation.

  • Familiar and good understanding of OSAT landscape for Assembly/Test and solutions.

  • Customer, business and cost focused.

  • Team player with excellent communication skill. Must have the ability to work & communicate effectively with team members located across the globe.

  • Willing to travel within Asia.
