Job description
Oversee all Process Engineering functions for the department including budgeting, recruitment, hiring and training of of the Process Engineering Section team to fulfill the Assembly Operation output requirements.
Active participation in initiatives to enhance yield, reduce reject rates, and minimize excursions.
Establishing effective processes for Process Engineering and Production to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation for the Assembly site.
Ensuring products meet required Quality standards and overseeing the implementation of Quality programs.
Collaborating with global departments and addressing issues related to throughput, performance metrics, and engineering data.
Managing ISO certifications and preparing for Customer audits.
Handling both internal and external customer complaints/excursions.
Ensuring qualification of materials and consumables to support operations.
Conducting performance management and developing skills and leadership capabilities of the Process Team.
Handling disciplinary matters within the Process Engineering Section team.
Requirements
Masters /Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics with minimum 5 years technical staff leadership experience.
Have good communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and team building skills
Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and performance management
skills.
Be proficient with FMEA, SPC/APC, 8D and DOE process
Have extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Proficient in English
