Full spectrum of the recruitment process from search to onboarding of the candidate.
Proactively Partnering with hiring managers to regularly maximize and improve recruitment strategies and progresses.
Develop strategic relations with contacts with key associations and government programs to support the sourcing of top talent.
Underscore the overall employment brand in all activities and industry events.
Stay current with trends related to recruitment in the logistics and supply chain industry, incorporates these trends into Singapore’s recruitment strategy where appropriate.
Optimize technology and tools that support recruitment strategy i.e. Job portal, Social Media etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science/Humanities.
Minimum 3 years of in-house recruiting experience.
Knowledge about the operations in the logistics and supply chain industry will be a bonus.
