Lead and be part of a team that monitors the health of deployed IOT devices.
Upgrade and monitor firmware of IOT devices (remotely).
Generate monthly and adhoc reports for various stakeholders.
Follow up promptly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues (within SLAs).
Be part of a level one escalation team and be on pageduty.
Perform level 1 checks and rectification works for IOT devices and solutions.
Provide administrative and logistics support.
Evaluate and provide processes improvements.
Manage different internal stakeholders.
Possess a Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering or computer science.
Experience in operational support will be an advantage.
Experience in Shell scripts.
Experience in Batch processing and integration.
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive working attitude.
Good time management, leadership and analytical skills.
Experience in SAAS (good to have).
