Job description

  • Lead and be part of a team that monitors the health of deployed IOT devices.

  • Upgrade and monitor firmware of IOT devices (remotely).

  • Generate monthly and adhoc reports for various stakeholders.

  • Follow up promptly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues (within SLAs).

  • Be part of a level one escalation team and be on pageduty.

  • Perform level 1 checks and rectification works for IOT devices and solutions.

  • Provide administrative and logistics support.

  • Evaluate and provide processes improvements.

  • Manage different internal stakeholders.


  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering or computer science.

  • Experience in operational support will be an advantage.

  • Experience in Shell scripts.

  • Experience in Batch processing and integration.

  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive working attitude.

  • Good time management, leadership and analytical skills.

  • Experience in SAAS (good to have).
