Job description
Assist the OM in process improvement and manage the warehouse operations for the assigned business or account.
Responsible to review stock control and stock adjustments performed in WMS.
Liaise with the Operations Executives (OE) to provide feedback to customer on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers and ensure customers’ performance measurements are met.
Prepare and submit monthly reports and performance dashboards to the OM and/or customers as needed.
Arrange and or conduct monthly leadership meeting and monthly staff communication day.
Assist in planning for department budgets and P&L.
Coordinate all HR and administrative requirements for his/her staff which includes leave approval claims approval and new employee induction, safety induction, workstation setup & P-File creation.
Maintain the documentation of and conduct site training for all assigned SOP and WI.
Maintain a detailed training plan for all staff and ensure that training is completed in a timely manner.
Ensure integrity of stock disposal to prevent pilferage or unauthorized usage.
Conduct safety audits as planned by Safety Dept.
Liaise with WMS support team for any request for access, new reports or new requirements.
Host site visits for visitors.
Any other duties assigned by OM.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Warehousing Industry.
Knowledge of WMS and Warehouse Operations is a must.
