Actively support the delivery of the Business Excellence Strategy to facilitate cost reduction, revenue and customer experience improvement opportunities.
Actively support the delivery of the Business Excellence Strategy for the Group/BU to facilitate identification of cost reduction, revenue and customer experience improvement opportunities to support the Group/BU’s strategic direction.
Inculcate continuous improvement (CI) mindsets and distinctive customer experience through deploying Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Change Management and Design Thinking practices throughout the BU supported.
Train, coach and develop internal Lean Six Sigma Belters.
Be the change agent in driving cultural change to make Lean Six Sigma the company way, and cascade OE/CI performance metrics and KPIs.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a related discipline with Operational Excellence and/or Lean practitioner training.
Min. 3 years of experience in a Lean warehouse and/or manufacturing environment with hands on experience in developing and successfully driving Lean practices and a sustained mindset for Lean.
Min. 3 years of related leadership experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance and auditing experience.
