Job description
Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and improvement of automation equipment and production systems.
Manage project schedules, execution, documentation, FAT/SAT, validation, and technical drawings.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and improve existing production lines through root-cause analysis.
Develop and maintain PLC, cobot, electrical, mechanical, SOP, WI, and preventive maintenance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
Train operations and maintenance teams and support equipment servicing when required.
Comply with all EHS policies and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Proficient in PLC programming, CAD, Microsoft Office, and statistical tools such as Minitab or MATLAB.
Strong troubleshooting, project coordination, and communication skills.
