Drive C&B projects, programs and annual review cycles implementation, change management, and provide consultancy to respective teams globally.
Evaluate and enhance existing C&B programs to meet business needs and retain key talents.
Degree in HRM, C&B, Economics, Business or related disciple.
10 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry with MNC background, with 5 years of solid C&B experience.
SAP experience is an advantage.
Proficient in projects management, multi-tasking, and driving significant change management efforts.
Able to travel to support regional operations.
