Job description
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring process performance, supporting production, and leading projects to enhance process capabilities and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Monitoring and Control:
Track and control process performance indices to maintain high standards.
Implement corrective actions for out-of-control situations and process issues.
Optimization and Productivity:
Enhance process capabilities to meet operational needs.
Use quality improvement tools to optimize processes and improve productivity.
Production Support:
Perform shift duties to support production activities.
Project Implementation:
Lead projects aimed at maintaining and improving process capabilities and reliability.
Develop and characterize new equipment processes.
Collaboration and Training:
Work with internal teams and external customers to improve yield and quality.
Train AEs and Technicians to enhance their technical skills and efficiency.
Vendor and Audit Management:
Coordinate with vendors to solve process-related issues and implement performance improvements.
Establish and maintain a robust audit system for process documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, Chemical, Physics, Material Science, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
