Job description
Develops and introduces new manufacturing processes and products, providing support from concept through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize processes and production concepts for new and existing products.
Create technical requirements for equipment and oversee concept implementation.
Guide product development to ensure manufacturability and lean process flow.
Plan and execute production tests and transitions into manufacturing.
Produce documentation including instructions, manuals, and process plans.
Evaluate suppliers and manage external support for equipment maintenance.
Manage and track project progress, risks, communication, and documentation.
Requirements
Degree in mechanical, materials, or manufacturing engineering with minimum 3 years of engineering/manufacturing experience in semiconductor or optical environments.
Knowledge of project management and statistical analysis tools (DOE, MSA, SPC).
Mechanical and CNC competencies including CAD/CAM, GD&T, machining operations.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
