Job description

  • Support Head Compliance by being the subject matter expert for technical advice and interpretation of legal matters.

  • Keep abreast of all relevant Acts, regulations and legislations inclusive industrial codes of practices pertaining to the Group and work with internal stakeholders to ensure Group’s compliance with required obligations.

  • Establish and regularly update a composite view of all compliance obligations for the Group.

  • Identify the impact of regulatory developments on activities of the Group and provide advice as necessary.

  • Provide legal inputs to business/functional unit on operationalizing regulatory requirements/obligations into their policies and processes.

  • Develop relevant corporate policies and guidelines to ensure effective functioning of the compliance framework.

  • Participate in compliance audits, investigations and provide training on compliance matters.


  • Bachelor of Law degree with at least 10 years of professional experience preferably in Compliance function.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • A good communicator with people engagement skills.

  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel.
