Job description
The Compliance Manager is focusing on risk management, supplier standards, and internal controls. The manager will identify compliance risks, support audits, and work closely with teams and suppliers to maintain alignment with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor compliance programs, ensuring effective risk assessment and internal controls.
Identify and address high-risk compliance areas, maintaining adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
Utilize monitoring tools to identify risk, support audits, and ensure accurate reporting.
Conduct regular audits, manage corrective actions, and keep compliance policies up to date.
Provide compliance training to procurement teams and suppliers.
Perform third-party due diligence, including screening and reputation checks.
Promote continuous improvement in compliance processes and risk management.
Partner with suppliers to drive accountability and compliance adherence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant field
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in diverse, cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with third-party risk assessments.
