
Job description
A highly motivated individual and a strong team player who is able to plan, manage and oversee activities related to investor, media and community relations, as well as corporate communications, with the objective of projecting an overall positive corporate profile and image.
Investor Relations
Serve as key contact between global investment community and the Group and its Management.
Communicate and disseminate corporate information/updates to the investment community.
Plan and organise an annual investor relations programme and participate in such events.
Develop and update the corporate information kit.
Assist with the preparation and development of statutory filings including annual reports and shareholders’ circulars.
Assist in the extraction and preparation of analysts’ reports and shareholding statistics.
Keep abreast of SGX Listing Requirements and ensure corporate compliance.

Media Relations
Serve as key contact between media and the Group and its primary spokesperson(s).
Maintain international and local media contact and establish rapport with media personnel.
Manage media enquiries related to general corporate data and information.
Assist with the preparation of media releases and responses.
Monitor and track media reports/commentaries covering competitors, customers and industry developments and disseminate the same to Management and relevant employees.

Community Relations
Serve as key contact between liaison person of charitable organisations and the Group.
Review and recommend corporate philantrophy programmes.
Draft and issue corporate responses related to sponsorship requests and enquiries.
Plan, manage and participate in corporate community outreach programmes.

Corporate Communications
Uphold corporate branding, identity and positioning across the Group.
Review and develop corporate collaterals and materials for internal and external dissemination.
Undertake research and analytical work covering economy, industry, governance and other subjects.
Plan, manage and oversee corporate events and projects including corporate functions, community events, press conferences, road shows and other corporate activities.
Provide creative, editorial and research support to the Business and Support units within the Group.

Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Mass Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Studies or related field.
6-8 years’ experience in investor relations and corporate communications in a fast-moving, high-tech environment of listed companies or MNCs.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage cross-functional communications and projects.
Strong leadership qualities and initiative.
Good writing and conversational skills, perferably bilingual.
Excellent interpersonal, social and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Self motivated, creative, resourceful and result-oriented.
