Job description
Represents the company regarding all matters of quality.
Manages and updating the Company Management Manual.
Plans and supervises Quality System Audits and evaluates any necessary corrective actions.
Evaluates the Quality Systems of suppliers and sub-contractors during the pre-qualification phase.
Liaise with the authorized Company Quality System certification body.
Prepares Management Review meetings of the Quality System.
Trains all personnel about Quality System issues management and methodologies and implements the necessary training Programs for Quality personnel.
Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with related departments and supplier to maintain and improve product quality, cost and supply.
Supervises the definition and implementation of customer satisfaction tools and activities.
Ensures that analysis of data coming from projects are forwarded to Corporate level.
Interfaces with Company representative of Risk and knowledge Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Quality field with at least 5 years' experience in quality management for mass production, manufacturing and production processes and project management for managing global quality issues.
Stronghold in PFMEA and Failure Analysis with holistic experience in SPC implementation in a factory environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Holistic understanding of concepts such as DOE, DMAIC, FMEA.
Experience in a QA Management Role within an Engineering/Manufacturing site or similar industry, or experience in QA in a similar field and a relevant formal qualification would be preferred.
Membership of relevant professional body – (Chartered Quality Institute).
Must have training in internal and external auditing to ISO 9001.
Excellent communicator – verbal and written.
Excellent team player.
Well Organised, efficient and detailed orientated.
