
Job description
Lead national sales operations for metrology solutions, overseeing strategy, customer relationships, and sales team performance. The role requires strong technical understanding of metrology systems and proven experience driving country-level sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Sales Management
Develop and execute country sales plans to achieve profitable growth and expand market share.
Ensure smooth operations across communications, service, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
Drive customer satisfaction and manage service team performance.
Collaborate with regional teams to maintain aligned business direction and achieve financial targets.
Grow after-sales business through service agreements, training programs, and support packages.
Brand & Market Development
Strengthen brand presence through effective positioning, promotions, and customer engagement.
Represent the organization at industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities.
Build strong relationships within the industry to generate new business opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track sales performance, market trends, and operational results.
Provide regular reports on budgets, sales progress, and business development activities.
People Management
Partner with HR on recruitment and training.
Lead, mentor, and retain high-performing sales and service teams.
Cultivate a strong team culture and positive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or related fields.
5–8 years of relevant experience, including managing distributors, channels, or direct sales teams.
Strong strategic planning, opportunity identification, and execution capabilities.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Meticulous, data-driven, and strong in problem-solving.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and effective team leadership.
