Job description

Serves as the primary quality and program interface to strategic customers, safeguarding product performance and satisfaction for advanced-materials solutions. 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage technical communications, KPIs and qualification programs.

  • Lead RCA & CAPA for complaints and field returns; maintain PPAP, 8D and FMEA documentation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer timelines and support continuous improvement. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Materials, Chemical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 8 + years in quality engineering or program management within semiconductors/electronics.

  • Proficient in 8D, FMEA, SPC, ISO 9001/IATF 16949; strong customer-facing and analytical skills.
