Job description

  • Act as main contact for customers on quality, RMA, CARs, and audits.

  • Oversee QE tasks for NPI, process evaluations, and reject analysis to reduce defects and returns.

  • Resolve internal quality issues (e.g., OQA fallout, reliability test failures) and coordinate vendor actions.

  • Monitor product quality performance and ensure target achievement.

  • Prepare quality reports and presentations for customer reviews.

  • Approve and implement quality plans, control procedures, and work instructions.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions and improvements.

  • Lead daily briefings, audits, and inspector/engineer training programs.

  • Support external audits (UL, TUV, CCC) and engineering change implementation.

  • Promote SPC tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage QA documentation and coordinate with SQE teams on material quality issues.
