Job description

  • To manage a group of Customer Engineers.

  • Review quality report to customers with corrective actions.

  • Analyse FA report and invite stakeholders for root cause analysis and issue resolution.

  • Leader of quality issue meeting.

  • Follow up on committed corrective actions until completion.

  • Create a one-page summary for critical cases.

  • Generate customer 8D report for all cases with FA report.

  • Response to customer inquiry.


  • Engineering degree, Masters in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or Electronics.

  • Experience in statistical tools (DOE, SPC, FMEA etc).

  • Well versed in environmental compliance (ROHS etc).
