Job description

  • Seeking technical and commercial collaboration opportunities through deal sourcing or referrals.

  • Participating in open innovation ecosystem activities including accelerator programmes and other events.

  • Driving ecosystem development activities to broaden startup network and seek new solutions.

  • Keeping track of market and technology developments closely.

  • Working with external and internal stakeholders to define scope of work on collaboration projects.

  • Negotiating and executing legal contracts.

  • Project managing pilots with external companies to trial new solutions.

  • Conducting due diligence on companies or funds including evaluating business, legal and financial performance.

  • Working with management to create value by integrating externally sourced solutions, co-creating with internal stakeholder to derive operational efficiencies or introduce new business solutions.

  • Working with internal stakeholders on regular budget updates.

  • The list of duties and responsibilities is not comprehensive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.


  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sustainability and energy technology, applications and best practice.

  • 7 to 10 years’ relevant experience in strategy, corporate innovation or entrepreneurship.

  • Engineering or IT degree preferred.

  • Strong business acumen, with financial modelling skills preferred.

  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

  • Effective communication, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently in a fast moving environment, and able to cross multiple functions.

  • Possess problem solving skills.

  • Willing to travel.
