Leading a team of engineers and operations associates to ensure smooth and seamless day-to-day operations of EV charging network and management/troubleshooting of any issues that may arise in the course of operating the network together with key suppliers/vendors.
Ensuring the seamless and reliable operations of the EV charging call centre, including planning external communications with customers when required, ensure good quality customer interactions.
Overseeing new software developments together with key suppliers/ vendors and internal stakeholders.
Understanding technology trends, market disruptions, economics and regulatory landscape for EV charging and related mobility areas in Singapore and globally, and incorporating new technologies into company's network at appropriate junctures.
Overseeing the tender process for new EV charger models that will be integrated into the network.
Overseeing the software, hardware and firmware integration process for new EV charger models and/or any other new technologies to be integrated into the network.
Collaborating with internal cross functional teams to develop the service offerings.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline from recognized university by PEB, Singapore.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, in an operational role with hands-on experience managing large-scale networks of equipment, hardware, or IoT devices. An understanding of communications networks is a plus.
Ability to understand and execute strategies relating to technology trends and regulatory landscape.
Ability to manage and communicate appropriately with customers.
Experience managing operational teams, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a high pressure environment.
Capability to engage key stakeholders and clients.
Effective communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment; highly versatile and self-motivated.
