Job description

  • Leading a team of engineers and operations associates to ensure smooth and seamless day-to-day operations of EV charging network and management/troubleshooting of any issues that may arise in the course of operating the network together with key suppliers/vendors.

  • Ensuring the seamless and reliable operations of the EV charging call centre, including planning external communications with customers when required, ensure good quality customer interactions.

  • Overseeing new software developments together with key suppliers/ vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Understanding technology trends, market disruptions, economics and regulatory landscape for EV charging and related mobility areas in Singapore and globally, and incorporating new technologies into company's network at appropriate junctures.

  • Overseeing the tender process for new EV charger models that will be integrated into the network.

  • Overseeing the software, hardware and firmware integration process for new EV charger models and/or any other new technologies to be integrated into the network.

  • Collaborating with internal cross functional teams to develop the service offerings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline from recognized university by PEB, Singapore.

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, in an operational role with hands-on experience managing large-scale networks of equipment, hardware, or IoT devices. An understanding of communications networks is a plus.

  • Ability to understand and execute strategies relating to technology trends and regulatory landscape.

  • Ability to manage and communicate appropriately with customers.

  • Experience managing operational teams, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a high pressure environment.

  • Capability to engage key stakeholders and clients.

  • Effective communication, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment; highly versatile and self-motivated.
