Design Services Programs
Manage development programs and activities to facilitate introduction of new products or processes or recommend improvements to existing products or processes.
Oversee the product development and technology roadmap; organize, control and implementation of project execution as per plan.
Enforce good product development process within and outside of the team.
Held accountable for the product performance and acceptance.

Business & Customer Management
Engage customer in technical discussion and proposal.
Manage internal resources to exceed customers’ expectations.
Assume Business Development role to continuously explore opportunities with new and existing customers.

Others
Manage a group of design and development personnel and be responsible for their recruitment, training and development.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Masters/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with minimum 10-15 years experience in an R&D environment in a related domain.
Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of product development and its related activities, process and results oriented.
Proven track record of successful development projects that have been launched.
Strong leadership qualities and initiative.
Mature with a global outlook in product research and development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
