Structure a high performing team to execute the below development integration responsibilities with clear ownership and accountability.
Define wafer & die fab process flows for the next generation device technologies/designs working with LED designers & architects.
Drive Design for Manufacturing (Reliability, Yields, Cost, Manufacturability) in all development programs.
Lead teams on DFMEA, PFMEA activities throughout the deveopment phase.
Track & Execute programs flawlessly on-time & within budget while orchestrating the required development gate reviews ; additionally plan & forecast the timeline/resources for all the die development programs.
Similarly plan and execute the technology transfer into Manufacturing working with process integration counterparts.
Understand the collaborative touch points within the die team (Modules, Design) and across the company (Operations, Product Development, Marketing); Mentor the team in defining these relationships & driving alignments/accountability with these partners.
Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Engineering (Material Science) or equivalent.
At least 13 year(s) of working experience in wafer fab technology development exerience in Semi-conductor and/or LED industry; LED wafer fab experience highly desired.
Atleast 5yrs experience in managing high performing technology development teams.
Experienced in Process Integration as well as High Volume Manufacturing Transfer.
Experienced in planning resources/cost/timelines while managing complex programs.
Should be a Team builder & Team player; Must have excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills; Able to interact with Executive Management.
