Job description
Devote Unit Module Development efforts to advance diffusion technology, providing technical support to module managers and mentoring emerging talents. Lead the implementation of streamlined processes across modules, with a focus on seamless integration.
Initiate projects to improve diffusion processes, with an emphasis on system performance and defect reduction.
Offer technical leadership by guiding the diffusion team, showcasing expertise in the field. Mentor seasoned staff and lead cross-functional teams in diffusion processes across multiple sites.
Contribute to the progression of diffusion technology, addressing intricate challenges with innovative approaches and establishing methodologies for the organization.
Hold a leading role as inventor of patents and publications with citations.
Requirements
PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry
Extensive expertise in technologies, contributing to market strategy and ensuring customer acceptance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient analytical and project management skills
