Job description
Our client is seeking a Engineer/Sr Engineer to join their Diffusion Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing process performance to meet production and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control key process metrics
Ensure quality standards at critical process points
Drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot process issues
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on recipe development and equipment optimization
Support new equipment start-up and process development
Manage process reports and follow-up actions
Requirements
Degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field with at least 4-8 years of semiconductor wafer fab experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and cleanroom operations.
